About Us

Our Story

Kim Davis and Don (Woody) Woodin lived in Flagstaff in 2012-13. As Marketing Director Kim helped open the Chick-fil-A on Milton. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and her passion was to own and operate a small property. When the opportunity came up, they moved from Flagstaff and bought a 19-room bed and breakfast in Ouray, Colorado. With Kim's hospitality experience and Woody having years of small business ownership together they fulfilled this goal. After 5 years they decided to move back to Flagstaff and open a smaller Inn/Bed and Breakfast. They purchased a home near the hospital to turn into an Inn/bed and breakfast. Our goal was to return to a larger mountain town that offers four seasons while maintaining a small-town community feel.

Moving to Flagstaff

We purchased the 303 Inn/BnB Flagstaff in June 2021 and began a complete remodel.  303 has a lovely modern and contemporary feel with many of the luxuries of a top-end hotel while maintaining a friendly home-style environment.  We provide hands on care for guests as need or requested.

Together we want to make our Inn the  best in Flagstaff and along the way will be very involved with the community. Previously in Ouray, we found that all moteliers were very friendly and worked together and we hope to find this feeling in Flagstaff as well.  Our goal is to exceed expectations.
